Delivery
Completed pieces will be dispatched within 14 days. Some items, such as those which require hallmarking or gold plating are sent to a third party and will take a maximum of 28 days to complete. All orders are sent via Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.
Gold plating
If you wish to have your item plated with 24 karat gold this is a service we can now offer. It is conducted by a third party and will therefor add an additional 7 days on to the time to complete your piece.
Our gold plating is performed by one of the top gold platers in London and guaranteed for 3 years.
