Payment for items can be made by PayPal, all major credit cards, postal orders or cheque. If a payment if made by cheque, we shall wait for the cheque to clear before posting out your required print kit.
When using PayPal, to ensure all parties are protected, only the address submitted by PayPal shall be used to post items too. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct.
Cancelling your order
If you decide to change your mind and cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If your print kit has already been dispatched you will be subject to a £5 cancelation fee for each kit requested which you are welcome to keep.
If you have already returned your prints to Itsy Bitsy Imprints and your order is in progress, unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order.
Due to the personalised nature of the items made by Itsy Bitsy Imprints we are unable to accept returns of orders unless a mistake has been made by Itsy Bitsy Imprints.
Please ensure all details are correct when ordering items including the spelling of names and messages as we hold no responsibility for customers not following instructions properly.
Detail of your prints
Once your completed print kit has been returned to Itsy Bitsy Imprints we will check the visible detail of the prints. If the prints are deemed unsuitable due to lack of print clarity we shall contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order and whether another kit should be sent. Additional kits will be subject to an additional charge of £5.
Please note: children below the age of 6 months old and occasionally older, lack definition in their fingerprints. It is advisable to opt for hand or foot prints instead however if you still wish to go ahead with a fingerprint item, we will not be held responsible for lack of definition in fingerprints in those under 1 year of age.
Delivery of your kit and items
Itsy Bitsy Imprints aim to dispatch all kits the following working day after ordering. From receipt of your completed prints we aim to complete your items in 1-2 weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders this may be extended but you will be notified of this when ordering.
For particular occasions order cut off dates will be posted on our website and Facebook page. Please order before these dates to ensure your item will be ready in time.
It is possible to complete orders sooner than the stated turnaround time however this may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact Nicole at Itsy Bitsy Imprints via email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this.
For UK orders, all kits are sent out by Royal Mail First Class delivery and completed order will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively you are welcome to collect items from me personally.
For international orders please contact Itsy Bitsy Imprints direct via email email@example.com for an estimated postage cost however it will be your responsibility for any additional costs or import duties required.
Delayed or loss of packages
Once your order has been completed we will contact you to inform you that your item has been dispatched. This is done via Royal Mail first class post. If you wish for signed for or tracked postage please request this at the time of ordering however additional postage costs will be incurred.
Itsy Bitsy Imprints cannot be held responsible for any delays due to postage or loss by Royal Mail. If your items fail to turn up after please contact us so we can start the investigation process with Royal Mail. However in the event of a lost parcel and replacement or refund on your item can only be offered once Royal Mail have deemed the item lost which is usually 14 working days after posting.
What to expect from your item
Each item of jewellery is completely handmade and hand polished. This may result in an organic feel to an item of jewellery and it is possible for some markings or slight imperfections on the surface. Every effort has been made to limit these but we hope you will view this characteristic of your item and makes your charm 100% unique.
Your charm is made out of Fine Silver which is 99.9% pure. This higher purity of silver means that it is softer then Sterling silver and extra care must be taken when wearing your items. Scratches or lose of detail may occur if items are continually rubbed or knocked against hard surfaces or if they are continually washed. It is therefore advised not to wear your item in the shower or bath.
Your item will be dispatched with care instructions. Please read these instructions and keep for future reference. Itsy Bitsy Imprint will not be held responsible for any damage caused by excessive wear.
Please note items which are less than three months old and become damaged or break due to general wear and tear will be replaced free of charge. Item which break or are damaged after this time will be charged for replacement however we do keep all moulds on file to ease in additional items being made.
Issues and Repairs
We hope you will be delighted once you receive your charm however if you are not, or have any problems with it, please contact us within 14 day of receipt to rectify any issues. Damage or breakages which occur in the first three months of owning your items will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Any issues which occur after this time may incur additional costs.
Please note that free of charge replacements for charms does not cover the loss of a charm. Therefore please ensure your charm is soldered on by a professional jeweller to prevent this from happening.
Securing your charm
At Itsy Bitsy Imprints every effort is made to ensure your charms are securely connected to your items however the most secure way to attach charms is by soldering them. This is not done by Itsy Bitsy Imprints but can be done at your local jewellers. Please note if you do decide to solder your item, please warn the jeweller of the delicate nature go your charm to eliminate the risk of polishing any detail away once they have finished soldering.
